The staff at Green Lake Preschool and Child Care Center are dedicated to creating a safe, caring and stimulating environment. Staff members are chosen for their ability to provide skilled care that recognizes every child’s individuality and unique needs.
Staff are experienced professionals who have received certificates and/or degrees from an accredited community college or university child development program, or have significant experience in the child care field. All employees meet the Washington state mandated continuing education requirements. All staff members have first aid and CPR certification , valid references, TB testing and background checks from the Department of Early Learning within thirty days of hire.
The Center values continued professional development of all staff and recognizes that quality childcare depends largely upon maintaining high levels of skill among the employees. As part of our employee benefits we provide training opportunities in and out of the Center.
